Welcome to LexOS. Setting up your firm's digital infrastructure is the first step toward absolute operational command.
This guide covers how to independently register your firm, activate your subscription, and unlock your secure tenant Vault. If you prefer our engineering team to handle the technical setup for you, please skip to the Manual Onboarding section below.
Step 1: Navigate to the Registration Portal
To begin, open your browser and navigate to the LexOS registration page at lexos.fouchix.com/register.
Step 2: Enter Your Firm Details
Fill out the required information to provision your workspace.
- Law Firm Name: Enter the official name of your practice (e.g., Pearson Hardman). This will be used to generate your custom Vault URL.
- Full Name & Email: Enter the details of the primary administrator. Note: The email address used here will automatically be assigned the SAN / Principal Partner role, granting total administrative control over the firm's environment.
- Password: Create a strong, secure password.
Step 3: Secure Checkout and Activation
Once you submit the registration form, your isolated Vault is provisioned in the background. You will then be automatically redirected to the secure billing page to activate your license.
Select your preferred billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Biannually, or Annually) and complete the transaction through our encrypted payment gateway.
Step 4: Enter the Vault
Upon successful payment, the system will automatically generate your official LEX-XXXX license key and redirect you directly into your new Firm Dashboard.
Your LexOS environment is now live. You can immediately begin inviting your legal team and setting up your case files.

We understand that migrating a law firm's infrastructure requires precision. If you prefer not to use the self-service registration, our Fouchix Nexus deployment engineers can handle the entire setup, data migration, and staff onboarding for you.
